The food arrived on time. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. The only downside was that one of the cartons had leaked all over the order. The food was very nice.

Food we received was good but the naan was missing. They offered to send it on the next delivery but since we'd already served up I asked for a refund of the missing item instead however the person on the phone did not know how to do this and nobody has followed up.

Having had a bad experience several years ago I was dubious about trying Palki again, but I’d heard some really positive feedback from friends around the area lately so wanted to give them another try and I’m so pleased I did. I ordered several dishes for the family and each one was delicious, hot, fresh and generous with the meat. I’m a chicken rogan snob but this one did not disappoint. I ordered via Palki website, it was very easy to use and came within half an hour (I live in the village) Thank you Palki ????????
